Terms of Use
Effective 14 October 2026The service
MovieBin helps you keep a watchlist of films, including films identified from clip links you share. Identification uses public text and can be wrong; you always confirm a film before it is saved. MovieBin does not stream video; “Watch Now” links open third-party services.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and only share links you are allowed to share. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or overload it with automated requests. We may suspend accounts that do.
MovieBin Plus
MovieBin is free with ads. MovieBin Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your MovieBin account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. For purchases through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Content
Film information and images come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch. Third-party content belongs to its owners.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
